A+ Book lists BTC withdrawal limits on site, changes at time of withdrawal

No reason given. The website also states to contact customer service to see if eligible for increased limits, but when I tried that, they said its impossible to raise the limit.

All they said was "Sorry, we will let the department in charge know" about this discrepancy between posted limits and actual limits.

Shoot in a form if you don't mind? Admin can ask them to fix the incorrect info if nothing else.

If you are talking about Heritage, they reduce limits from 3000 to 1000 for everyone over the weekend. If it's a different book, then I have no idea.
