Pinnacle Bitcoin payouts?

Has anyone had success requesting a payout? I feel like they are still figuring out how to work with Bitcoin as I've tried 3 times for a payout with no success.

I was told a few different things by support including:
-I need to use a bitpay wallet
-I need to provide my wallet ID (there is no where to input such a thing on the withdrawal page)
-I should talk to Bitcoin support hahahaha

Anyway, if anyone has any advice for me here I'd appreciate it because nothing has worked so far.

you need to use a "Payment Protocol" compatible wallet as they use the Bitpay payment interface.

Electrum and Airbitz work for others reading later.

When this post was made on May 14 I checked my Pinny acct but did not see bitcoin as an option in the cashier.

When I looked today I see it available for deposits and withdrawals in $CAD.

after you request a bit payout, do they send a code to your email address? do they confirm the payout by email, like a confirmation link? or a QR code to read using your phone?
