    Bookmaker
This site is highly rated on here yet was wondering if anyone ever used the "100%" match promo up to $250 in casino funds. I recently did this and miraculously made it through the 80X rollover, only to find out that you keep the funds in excess of your deposit, not including the $250 stake they award to you. Despite some searching, I did not see that caveat anywhere on their site next to that promo code.

So for example, I deposited $250 and they gave me $250 in bonus funds. Once done with the rollover, I had roughly $650 in that bonus session yet they only awarded me $400 (the amount in excess of the $250 deposit.)

they are voted #3 in poster poll, but I have been saying that bookmaker sucks for years. take your money out and play some where else, 5dimes or heritage. you will be much better off. bookmaker sucks.

        Bookmaker solid

Congrats on your winnings. I know the bonus terms are conditions are confusing... but I'm a diamond level at bookmaker and have used at least 10 other sites. They are far and away the best sportsbook I've used.

Happened to me too. I could see it being annoying if you took that casino bonus in lieu of a sports bonus. Mine was just a freebie that came along with the sports bonus so didn't bother me much. Bookmaker is a great book but isn't the best on being clear to new users on those kind of things. Yes in their rules, but they should be up front about it. who has time to read all the rules of every website they go to .

80 times rollover, is that considered a lot?

The casino bonus is treated similarly to a sports free play. When you win a sports free play, you only get the winnings (stake is not returned). Likewise any winnings won with a casino bonus will have the original bonus amount deducted from the final figure (if you're lucky enough to survive the huge rollover).

but right before that it says 80x rollover before the deposit and bonus amount can be withdrawn. seems like they are intentionally trying to trick ppl.

Never take bonuses unless you have read all the T&C carefully.

Bookmaker is the best book I've played with. None of the offshores are free from casino bonus fuckery.

Bookmaker won't let me withdraw because I can't verify a credit card I used over a year ago since it's expired and I got rid of it over a year ago. Not to mention I've been depositing and withdrawing via Bitcoin for over a year so not sure why this is now being requested. Pretty disappointing. Feels like I went back in time 15 years to when books pulled the same bs

Dam that sucks. That is why you should never use a card to deposit. What exactly do they want? What do you mean you cant verify it?

They want me to send an image (front/back) of my card. I cut it up awhile ago and no longer use it. It's weird because I've been depositing and withdrawing via Bitcoin for several months.

You will need to either order a new card if the account remains open, or get a letter from your bank confirming that the card account is closed.

Why is this necessary now? A top rated book wouldn't pull these shenanigans. I sincerely hope these types of books aren't around in the future. It's not that complicated

It's hard to know the reason for each individual case but it's not an uncommon thing. Pain in the rear end but there is not much way around it once they have asked. Don't want to be capt hindsight on you, but take a picture of any card or payment voucher you use in future.

I appreciate the feedback Optional. In all honesty I hope these clowns go out of business as sports wagering becomes legal in several more states
