Had an issue pop up with a payout vs roll-over amount. There was what they called a "glitch" in there system and it still showed on their end that I hadn't played thru a deposit/bonus before depositing again. This would not let me take a withdrawal for the amount I wanted.
It took a little longer than I thought/expected it to (4 hours), but customer service/account manager got it all cleared up and fixed. Kudos to them!
