Where to make a legal complaint against Nitrogensports ?
    Hey,
Where can I make a complain to a legal entity against Nitrogensports ? Also, if possible, is there any way to vote or leave a review for them on SBR ?

They are keeping my BTC trapped, I didn't even had the chance to make the first bet, so it's more than obvious I didn't break any rules. Just deposited and now they canceled the withdrawal ( I didn't make it on time to bet on the match I wanted ).

Basically, my problem is similar to the one described in this thread:

I've never had any problem with sportsbooks, thus first time asking for such stuff. Used Pinny, Sbobet then Cloudbet and now wanted to give Nitrogen a try and my money are stuck there, thus kinda getting desperate as I'm not sure where I should address my complain ( in real life, to an entity, not just to expose the problem on forums )

Thanks in advance for answers. Please let me know if I did any mistake, like not following the proper template or posting in the wrong category and I'll make sure to correct the mistake.

You can't just deposit and then withdraw without rolling it over at least once. That's pretty standard. They are a sportsbook and not a bank.

Have they told what needs to be done to release your bitcoin? or are they investigating your account? or have they said they are not paying you at all?

You have to rollover deposit. Simple as that.

Although it's common to rollover deposit 1x, they should state it in their rules

It's sad to see SBR has so many trolls who just spam the forum and don't contribute at all to its growth. It's not your business, nor the problem that I'm presenting the "deposit rollover". I am fully aware of what a deposit rollover is and how sporbsooks operate and can assure you I've rolled over my deposit many times on other websites. The problem with nitrogensports was the fact they started to BAN IPs COUNTRY WIDE. And no, I didn't break the rules trying to bet from US or anything like that. They banned Mexico, Romania, Turkey and so on, in a matter of days/hours. To make it even worse, one of their representatives told me that I can use another IP for logging in, which I did. Then, after I requested the withdrawal, another representative of theirs told me I shouldn't use another IP, but rather the initial one, which was impossible because they blacklisted it in the first place. They eventually realized they were giving conflicting indications and that their requests were retarded and impossible to achieve due to their own error and proceeded the withdrawal after a couple emails and tickets sent, so it got solved in the end. They initially canceled the withdrawal, which along with all the conflicting indications, made me create the thread and ask you for advice.

Thanks a lot to Optional and lonnie55, which were the only members who were actually looking to help and had a positive attitude towards a member of the community who was unfairly treated by a sportsbook!

If you described the issue with your first post, you would have avoided uncertainties. It really looked like you missed the one time rollover by purpose.

Nice to hear the issue has been solved.

Putting the full story in the first post would help avoid people being skeptical on here. There have been many people who came along and would give a "woe is me" story only for the full story to eventually come out that they were up to no good.
