    Bookmaker - Wager History
I know bookmaker is a top book and I am siding on myself making a mistake by not double checking my wager but I submitted a wager online and selected listed pitchers, and submitted the wager however I see the wager not reflecting after the fact. Does anyone know if Bookmaker can see this activity? Meaning a submitted wager that did not go through for whatever reason.

After this I am siding on taking screen shots of all wagers a double check for myself and for instances like this where I need an audit trail. Are screen shots the best way and can Bookmaker view submitted wagers that did not go through?

This cost me a lot of money.

    Thanks

    Have you asked them yet?

If it was a cancellation or an error they will have a record. If it was you forgetting to click confirm I am not so sure.

You can try sending in an SBR Sportsbook complaint form if you can't get the info from them yourself.

they are saying that odds most likely changed or left it in the bet slip, they are able to see clicks but not if a wager did not go through.

I guess the only way to prevent this is to take screen shots of all wagers? I cant have this happen again. I was sort of rushed so I can not remember 100% if it went through... I thought it did.

I always hit Open Bets after every wager. If it is not there, it is not a bet.

With Bookmaker there’s an extra click you have to make to confirm your bet. You most likely did not do this. I’ve made this mistake with them a few times.

Just curious: How many Book's are as hard-nosed about..... never-ever scratch a customer's mistaken play?
And the average sports-player, we know, will definitely make a mistaken play more than once a year.

If this Book is consistent as they claim, no one get's a break?
Who know's if all major Book's are this brutal with their regular customer's? Add Bovada to the list also.
