Hi Horhe1,

Dotabet advised SBR that you have only been playing obscure friendly football matches that take place in your own country and have been winning them at an unusually high rate. This is why they wanted to look closely at your account.

They have also advised us that you will be paid in full, but they will be closing your account.

They should already be in contact with you directly about this.

Yes, I played a lot of frendly games but it was not a crime when there were matches in their offer and the limits allowed me to play.
OK, no problem, they can close my account, but they have to withdraw my money in advance.

At the moment I did not have any contact from them.

If they contact me and pay me money - I will inform you here.

I did. He was the one that said you would be paid.

Have you sent him an email or just try to log in and withdraw maybe?

I got contact to David from shari91 and Ionnie55.
I sent an email to him on Monday, so far I have not received an answer.
I tried to order a withdrawal from the site, it still does not work.

I still haven't heard back from him again either.

He seems to travel a lot and be very busy. Hope he doesn't make me look bad here after all my confidence in him! (sure he wont)

Hi slayer8888

It depends on the time after which a representative of the bookmaker will contact the SBR

At the top of the topic you have dates how long it took to fill in the answer in my case - I filled in 04-25-18 and the answer is 05-03-18

As for news ... Even though Dotabet earlier told SBR that they would pay me my winnings now for the second time they are doing "investigation" which lasts longer than two weeks. For now I am waiting, we will see what they will answer me, but if they have any doubts about my bets then I am waiting for particulars - which bet, what is wrong, and any proof. Then we can do account balance recalculations. But I know that they will not find anything because I have done nothing wrong.

Dotabet asked that we post this brief statement for them;

"The player in question is having his account investigated due to suspicous betting activity, he was informed about this at the time and has had regular communication from dotabet throughout the process.

Once the investigation is complete, the player will be informed, I want to further state that the creation of this thread will not speed up, or affect the outcome of the investigation."

Dotabet paid me only 2564.10 EUR
They void my 8 bets, without specific reason

They had 2 options: pay me my 1019 EUR or give me a specific point of the rules (TOC's) that I broke
If not - it is a steal

I still do not know where is the problem. They did not tell me.

Ionnie55 I knew your case and I was careful not to play double bets. Once this action took place with me (but it was a live-betting so a little different story) but these were 2 types so 173 eur could take away from me, but not 1019 eur.

They told me only that I "bet on illigitimate matches"
But he did not tell me why my bets were "illigitimate", whatever that means. Matches were out of their offer. I have uploaded all screenshots to SBR. How do I know which games I can play and which ones I can not (in order not to be accused of playing "illigitimate matches")?

There were no suspicious matches, my colleague who works at the bookmaker checked on the site (apparently there is a site where bookmakers give suspicious matches) and there was none of my bets. So I do not know what's going on.

I've been playing in many bookmakers for a many years, and I've never seen anything like this before, so that after a few months they void my bets without giving a real reason. As someone made void bet a few hours after the match, max 1-2 days.

Suspicious matches can be said about each won bets and make a void. Great policy.

Wanted to update my dotabet issues as now resolved

Initially my account was put "under investigation" and when I contacted support they were pretty hopeless as providing any sort of reason. All I got was the general "please check back tomorrow Sir, your account is still being looked at". After growing inpatient I made a complaint here. SBR was quick to get in contact with David who was quick to reply to my issue. Apparently my account was put under investigation because of an administrative KYC issue (less than average customer support) as I had provided all necessary documents.
As soon as David was involved I provided KYC documents directly to him and my account was quickly verified. I found all contact with David to be genuine and I was paid in full shortly after.

I would play again at dotabet after my experiences, if I wasn't limited that is

. I found them to be trustworthy after my dealings with David.

Live support definitely needs some work though as I found them unhelpful.
