    Very disappointing experience at betonline. Made 3-4 deposits there and generally lost, but had a good day by my standards and I reached 957 usd. 3 days ago tried to withdraw 500 usd but got an email telling me to explain why I have logged in from another country ip. told them that I work on that country that is next to my country. big companies of my country have transferred part of their business there because they pay less in taxes and their employees. Send them an Id to verify that I'm the person who registered with them. next they blocked me to withdraw and in 2 days they are not even answering anymore. Really concerned. I read here that they had problems with ddos attack and many people have tried to withdraw their money. I hope their are concerned about their image and they pay me

    Not so sound offensive but yeah the minor issues there tend to get in my nerves. Well only one I have is logging out and trouble staying logged in, but in the books defense they are reputable and in my opinion it is a little shady if there’s logins from other countries. What’s to say you want a withdraw they give it then u complain saying it was not you that authorized it? It’s nothing against you. They are more so protecting you from possibly fraud. Banks do the same thing if you cross state lines and use a card some place u never been before. It’s just security measures, and if you are fast to get defensive then it looks even more like you are up to no good. Just be calm patient and do what ever they ask. In the end to me it just sounds like them trying to protect the owner of the account. It is a bit strange if you consistently play in one location then suddenly in a new country, not a new bordering state. So you have to understand that part.

      this is not the case Copper00. I spoke with them through email so I have the betonline details and also the email details so it's me no other person. I provided them also with an Id to verify I'm the owner. they are not responding anymore about this, almost 48 hours that they do not respond my emails.

        I just recently started using them, but I have noticed it can take more then 48 hours to get a simple response. Phone calls are usually the fastest, but recently my ** deposit option stopped giving names but they did say it can take 3-5 buisness days for “management” to get in contact with me.

          they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the industry,they take forever to respond to emails if at all,live chat is clueless, and on the phone,ZERO chance to understand them,no excuses accepted!!! Hope everything works out for you guys,i really do

            The problem for me is that they escalated the thing when I explained them my case and also send them prof of ID. from that moment then they locked me from making withdraws and also stoped to respond. I'm really concerned they will find an excuse not to pay. Just want my money now I don't care playing with them anymore

                What a bs. How can they do that? You can travel all around world and bet.Its you fricking account.
                Only problem can be if you bet from country where betting is forbiden by law.

                  Its just a security red flag and actually good they do to protect players....They will pay you...many sites do this even BTC exclusive ones....The problem with BOL is there CS is bad esp via email...I had a question on poker and sent them an email got standard auto response and then a real response about 24+ hours later..Thats way to long IMO....heritage is my favorite fiat book due to fact they have best CS hands down...

                      Don't worry. If what you say is true you will be paid.

                      The last 48 hours has been weekend. Admin people generally work Mon-Fri.

                      I'd give them a couple more weekdays to sort it out for you, and if you are still having an issue then, shoot in an SBR Sportsbook Complaint form with your BOL account details and SBR can reach out to a manager about it for you.

                          No bonus. Nothing. they told me yesterday that I can make a withdraw but I can't get to that part of the site. pretty terrible. waiting to unfreeze my account

                              this A+ sportsbook still has not released my funds. they told me yesterday that I can withdraw but my account is locked on that part and I cannot make the withdraw. I emailed them and they answered that they will check but nothing yet. really frustrating. one week my account locked. no Bonus received nothing. many deposits made and still have not received my money

                                If the cashier page won't load some people have reported clearing history and temp files can solve the problem.

                                      I don't know moojoo. they allowed me request the withdraw yesterday evening. not received the money yet but I think there should be no more problems. The communication between their departments and their cs with costumers maybe is not the best but understandable since they are really big company. In few words about my case I think they had not bad aims although it frustrated me so much. many other companies, including big ones, will not be such understandable. thank you all
