Whats the time line on a transfer for bitcoin at 5 dimes?

They updated their system about a month or so ago.

If you send the correct BTC amount.... should credit to your acct AUTOMATICALLY within 15 minutes.

Last 2 times I sent them Bitcoin: The first was using a Segwit wallet (my Ledger Nano S) and credited in less than a minute and wasn't even confirmed yet. The second time was a week ago and it was from a non-Segwit wallet (Blockchain) and didn't credit until after the first confirmation (a little over 15 minutes, which was the first block mined after I sent the transaction).

Based on this unscientific observation, send from a Segwit address when possible.

Yeah they are pretty quick on btc
