Rey, you don't need to start 10 threads about this. or call them scammers.
You are mistaken that there is any problem with their rules being clear. They use the same live betting provider as other books and the rules are the same everywhere.
If you live bet a tennis match which does not complete due to a retirement or forfeit, ALL bets not already decided are void.
I "think" it's the same everywhere, from Bet365 to Asian books to Pinnacle to offshore books. The lot.

Honestly Rey, it's a really standard rule.
People have been playing live there for a long time too and no one else has been on here saying anything like this.
