Signed up for an account and they have no telephone number and just auto response? Anyone with more information ? They send you generic message that says someone will be in touch with you in 24 hours but no one contacts you .

I was a bit concerned about the lack of phone or chat at first but they turned out to be ok. They are sometimes slow to respond to emails though. What I like and the reason I opened an account with them is that they have reduced juice for first and second half lines in addition to the game itself.Comment -
hey i am a bit concerned with this site, i have an account with them for about a month now and now since its the NBA allstar break, i figured i would withdrawal my winnings (which is less than $1000 USD) the fact of the matter is, they dont have a phone number and there email is a bit worrying, it takes some time (about 3-4 days to reply) i have deposited funds using a credit card and also using bitcoin, when i opened up the account, i got a quick call from them telling me how to deposit with the credit card because i was having a slight issue deposit with the card, anyway i ended up deposit several times and losing, now since the allstar break is going on this weekend, i would like to withdrawal my winnings, so i emailed them and told them to send my winnings via bitcoin, i gave them my bitcoin wallet address where to send the funds too. I hope everything works out and i will get my winnings by tomorrow. While searching information about lowvig i came to a thread where a individual had an issue withdrawing hes funds, he lost several thousands of dollars with lowvig but then when he came to win about $15,000 USD it took several weeks for him to get hes winnings, which he didnt even get the whole amount, he ended up getting $12,500 and was happy he even got that much and didnt even argue about the remaining $2500, but anyway my winnings are under $1000 i sent 2 emails today asking to withdrawal my funds to my bitcoin wallet and havent got a response yet except for the default response that they give you telling you to wait because of alot of emails, so just in case if i dont get my winnings in the next day or 2, what would you guys suggest i do next?Comment -
Contrary what others tell you here,they rarely respond to emails,they are a joke.All you can say i am wrong,i am not,they hardly ever respond,if a business is not going to have phone contact,they must respond quickly to email,they don't,they hardly ever respondComment -
Perhaps I've just been lucky, because the few times I needed to get in contact them, they responded same or next day. But I agree they need to add phone and or live chat as another contact method. As far as payouts go, they have been quick from my experience--within a week for checks and w/i 24 hours for BTC.Comment -
