Do the anonymous books still adjust wager limit based on user IP

Anyone here consistently bet the max and win but not get limited on major sports?
How are these books nitrogen And cloudbet etc able to take on whoever when most other books I.e 5 dimes, Bovada, heritage end up cutting limits after you get up 10-20k?

Nitrogen simply copies the Pinnacle odds almost instantly and adds juice...meaning they are very sharp and, with their added juice, almost unbeatable long term. Not sure about Cloudbet.
