Well I been drinking and the casino has never been available to me. I was kinda happy about that since I usually make dumb choices when it’s available. Well I deposit $250 using bitcoin and the casino magically opens I go in after drinking lose half then say screw this game going to try another casino game. Except they now disabled the casino again. I contact support they say due to credit card deposits in the past I need additional verification with no link on how to do so. I email back then why the hell did you even open the casino for me after a bitcoin deposit to then shut it again if I’m not supposed to play it. No response.

Might be best to wait until tomorrow to sort this out if you are drinking and mad. I doubt the night staff can do much anyway.

And there will be no one in the SBR office to try and help sort it out right now tonight either.

They will probably just want a pic of the card or a form filled out.

Haha I disable all my casinos if options exist...now after a few brews I wanna play dice at nitro...I know I can roll like 13 sevens in a row.....heritage free play casino will have to do lol

All books should have self exclusion like nitro offers where u can pick time.....saved me many times

Heritage has been extremely reliable for me. Just sober up and follow their verification instructions.

Sorry to hear this. Heritage has always been a reliable and solid book. They are in fact rated A+ rated and very well respected in the community. Have you contacted them this morning?

Can you delete this post!!! They refunded me all my losses yesterday! They said there was no way I should of been able to gamble in the casino and rewarded me back $177

Wow! Thats Amazing...Heritage customer service and customer relations is just the BEST hands down....easily the best book full service book A+++++++ best by a city block

I really recommend you stay out of the online casinos. Those casino's are so rigged, they will take ALL OF YOUR MONEY.

All people who gamble in casinos are degenerate. If you do it for money, you're wasting your time. If you do it for fun, there's a 1000 better and cheaper ways to have fun.
