Quick deposit and withdrawal to avoid e-wallet fees
On certain e-wallets, once we transact over a certain amount with a merchant we don’t pay any fees for peer to peer transfers.

So basically I’m looking for the most reputable casino that will accommodate a deposit of 10-20k and almost immediate withdrawal, with minimal to no wagers being placed and a short verification and withdrawal time until the funds are back in my ewallet.

    Any recommendations?

Not sure what you exactly mean...Minimal or No wager being placed and then withdrawals is red flag everywhere and will cause issues...if you r looking for a BTC book with Instant withdraws and no verification I'd suggest Fairlay or Nitrogen...fairlay is exchange has the better odds and Instant payouts while Nitro will pay in matter of half hour or so and offers a fair casino and sports-book wagerers like parlays...both wont ask any questions unless red flags are raised

He wants a book to deposit and withdraw about 15k to get to the Neteller or Skrill silver VIP level. That way his P2P transfers are free.

No book will do that, your best bet is Pinnacle and then roll over your deposit 3x before withdrawing. Some others will accept a 1x rollover but they will NOT like you if you do that for 15k for the simple reason your 15k deposit/withdraw will cost them about 7% total.

A hit & run minus transaction fees.

Understandable considering the amounts you are playing & risking.
