I deposited LTC earlier today, and it is showing confirmation on many blockchains, unfortunately the one heritagesports is using (blockchain.com) it is not showing up. I don’t know why they use that, as it is catered to bitcoin. I did LTC because it is a lot faster, so I didn’t mind the fee they charged to convert to BTC, but now all that is useless as it’s been 5 hours and I have yet to receive my deposit! Live.blockcypher.com & bchain.info is showing up just fine, I am trying to explain that to them, but they are only sticking with their conventional blockchain.com. I said what happens if that site is down, it won’t go down. Um, okay, so now what, do I just lose my money?

As we mentioned via email, there is network congestion at the moment. Your deposit should be received shortly if it hasn't already. We've also asked Heritage if they can predict a general ETA based on other LTC transactions. We'll let you know.Comment -
Usually, the confusion is that their processor auto-converts to BTC and sends to Heritage. The CS reps. say it has not showed up, when they really should be saying, "the relay transaction from our processor has not been confirmed yet." This may not be the issue in your particular case, but it's generally a source of delay and confusion when using alt-coins with them.Comment -
Been waiting over 3 hours for a BTC deposit to hit my Heritage account also. The live chat person at Heritage said
when there's a higher amount of transactions on their platform it might take a bit longer.Comment -
