    5Dimes
First time poster. Let me start off by saying I've been with 5dimes for several years and no complaints and I don't think 5dimes is trying to screw me out of a small XXXX withdrawal, but the current delay is a bit annoying. Bitcoin withdrawal request on Tuesday morning. Confirmation e-mail around noon on Thursday, so over 2 days before the e-mail. I responded roughly 5 hours later Thursday evening. Saturday morning and still nothing so going on 4+ days. I did confirm that they received my reply e-mail with livechat on Friday evening. I'm not bitcoin exclusive. Will update if/when received.

    Welcome to SBR Forum, coolhand21.

Poster feedback is that bitcoin exclusive transactions are paid a bit faster, but a couple of days is consistent with the feedback on file. Please confirm once you receive your withdrawal.

Please note that the monthly payout tracking thread is for confirmation of withdrawals, so we relocated your post.

Edit by SBR: Looselines has no relationship with 5Dimes; Looselines is part of the Jazz Sportsbook Family.

I use Looselines, they are related to five dimes and they always pay me quickly.

I also requested a bitcoin payout Tuesday. It was finally in my account yesterday (3 days). I'm not BTC exclusive either, nor do I want to be. 5D bitcoin transactions seem to always be an adventure for me, and apparently others as well. The fact that they want to create two classes of bitcoin clients is a sure sign that their btc system is overloaded. That said, 5D is a must out--headaches and all.

Just an update. Received the payout roughly 2 hours after my post this morning. So total time of 4 days and change from request to bitcoin in wallet. Agree with Hedge, will continue to play at 5dimes. Too many options and the reduced juice is too hard to pass up. Just a question Hedge, why would you not want to become bitcoin exclusive? I was hoping to get that status and hopefully speed up transactions

Because I do free book to book transfers with Heritage and them, which are done w/i hours instead of days. I don't want to give that up, but would have to if I want to become bitcoin exclusive.

I initiated my bitcoin payout at 1 am on the 30th. Bitcoin was at 9700 at that point. Still waiting on the payout. I assume I wont get the bitcoin price when I initiated the payout. So the delay probably cost me 500.00. Been with 5dimes for years and will still use them, but the reasons they gave me for the delay are pretty weak.

Coolhand21 Do you want faster and more consistent Bitcoin payouts? Go to Heritage Sports which is an SBR A+ book. You'll never have to play the "WAITING GAME" for Bitcoin again.

lol, think your logic is backwards on this one buddy

if you're that big your payouts should be STREAMLINED. a professional outfit would have this sorted out. it's the small disorganized shops that i'd expect to wait longer.

Not nearly as big as the Bookmaker band of books which typically pay same day. You should stop making excuses for sponsor books or at least try to be less obvious.

Don't think that has a bearing on it--their BTC withdrawl process is just too clunky. It shouldn't take longer to get a BTC payout than a check in the mail.

THis is CONFIRMED and could definately be a scam/delay tactic by 5dimes. I have been getting this and chatting with them for over a week. Getting the runaround on all instances saying 'we havent received' Went as high as TONY. I CAUGHT THEM RED HANDED LYING TO ME as they accidently replied to my email with the information in the reply. SBR is refusing to do anything saying 'Bitcoin is fluxuating now, give them some time' Neither 5dimes nor SBR gives a crap. But this is BS by them atleast for some of the smaller players.
5 days and over 25 chats and hours on the phone. and 200 emails later.
I will post separately with all chat logs screenshots and all emails showing how absurd this was

Why can't 5dimes upgrade their servers to handle the NFL Sunday traffic??? This has been going on for years and they can't ever see to get it under control. Get your shit together please!!!

It's been that way forever and they're never going to change. I think they're leaving money on the table but they have their reasons.

If you want to bet on gameday, they're just not a reliable enough book.
