Had a minor issue with the racebook end of 5dimes few days ago....
Been with 5dimes for years......and I gotta say....Pretty good....
I think they make a concerted effort to please their customers.....
You must realize...it is a business.....and most of us are playing for the fun and thrills....
Bottom line..a business has to make a profit.......
In any case....I had a Manager , named "Tony" contact me......and he gave a very valid explanation of how
the off times and post times of the racebook work on his end.
I was only looking at the wagering thru the USA prism......
and he gave me more of an introspective of the sportsbooks end of the scenario offshore.....
This....was VERY GOOD....customer service!!!
IF you wager offshore try 5dimes......
ocassonally ..there are some minor glitches and delays...but everything seems to go thru on a reasonable time frame.
