Bookmaker not a BTC only book but they pay pretty damn quick nowadays. Last one took 2 hours. It's not usually that quick though.

I have been quite successful laying odds against...I use https://www.oddschecker.com/horse-racing to monitor odds and mostly play against lower odds morning lines that drift up.....odd checker shows all the drifters and market movers...UK is In all weather and jumpers now so it’s a little tougher as not as many tracks..
the USA tracks are limited and current market maker closes like 10 mins before race goes off and odds liquidity is not great..you can make money though betting early on big favorites that you know are going to be 1/5 I get many times at even money or so but I have to bet early and know that horse will be big chalk

that means if there is a late withdrawl of a horse odds 40-1 or less the race is voided and no action and refund this happens when there is a gate scratch at post time mostlyt....same with dead heat win no action all void
and yes, if you lay you wager the horse does not win.....I use the old.fairlay site for horses it is much easier

At Cloudbet I made 14 withdrawals in total, 12 of them were instant, only 2 delayed.
