Dear SBR,

Here I wanted to tell you about my experience with your bookmaker betove1.com .
The bookmaker refuses to pay to his customers from long time ago although they accept deposits to same methods which I don’t get how it happens.
How we begin?
On 8^th October the website wasn’t active for withdrawal and they said that they have maintenance with the withdrawal methods which is to understand and they gave date at 15^th October that it will be solved finally. Just 2 days and once again they began with their messages. At 18^th October once again it happened and they said finally at 23th October they will solve it for sure and if the first plan fails, they will have B plan for reserve which was for them just.
And what happened today?
They told that they are stopping deposits and withdrawals to Turkish customers which I don’t get as they got deposits in this period but they didn’t paid some cent to their customers.
Is easy to deposit to ecopayz for sure and they can use all of the European customers for deposit.
And now they have closed the website and we can’t do anything.
There is link of their licenseprovider. I was in touch with them and they told that they will contact betove but later I didn’t get some update.

I will be happy if we can solve it finally as I have big amount inside of the bookmaker.

P.S. Submitted already a complaint about the issue.I hope you can contact the licenseprovider for me and they can solve it as soon as possible.

As said the bookmaker can't be opened from yesterday.
Hope the licenseprovider can do something .

info@betove.com is the mail of the bookmaker btw.
But i don't know if by stopped domain, the email is working.

Google's cache shows the site was online yesterday, 13 Nov 2017 08:25:41 GMT.

I wonder if they really have closed the site down, or it's just temporary.
