Well, I'm not sure how to address this to the forum, but BetDSI is giving me bitcoin payout issues.
I've met my rollover. I'm at 21x's. And I get errors/block on bitcoin payout screen saying 'No eWallet payout methods available', etc.
I've discussed this with them last night on support chat - twice. The first reason was to wait 60-90 min. The second solution was to attempt the next morning, today, after 7am est ... because they were closing. ??? Well, I had an obvious feeling that attempting the next morning wouldn't suffice. Yep.
I've attempted to email them, but it seems they the SEND button is missing. LOL I can't find it anymore. I dunno if it's just me. Annnnnd ... I attempted to call. Guess what. Out of service at this time ... Pluuuus ... The support chat won't work for me anymore. Ha.
Are they having a tech disaster or avoiding me? It's seems to me that they are both avoiding me and having some tech probs. I dunno. I was thinking about reaching out to OSGA but figured SBR might be able to help first. And, yes, I have print screens showing the cashier errors, rollout, etc.
Any advise? Can the big guys at SBR help as well?
