#37Oh crap.
im still waiting on my 5k bitcoin withdraw. I’ve been on the phone with them every day this week. Each day they have told me the money would post to my account that day. Original withdraw request was made October 24. that request was cancelled due to “email server issues”. I re-requested on the 30th, and they tell me that it has been approved, and they are just waiting on the payments department to process... whatever that means.
This sucks. I wasn’t really worried, especially after op got his 5k bitcoin payout. I Hear them advertised all over the radio, and certain podcasts. But now I’m a bit concerned.

#38Received my 5k bitcoin payout a few minutes ago.
i appreciate that I received it...but man, it shouldn’t be that hard.
i have no idea how some of these books work, but if you make the payout process quick and easy, there is a good chance you retain that customer for further deposits. I’m as square as they come (Just ask the guys at bookmaker.) but bc of my experience here it is more than likely I won’t ever re-up.
but...they do pay.Comment -

#41Glad to hear you got paid! It’s been 3 days for me now that my account has been frozen and 7 days since my initial 2k payout request. They have regranted me sports access today after 4 calls but say it will take another 48 hours to complete the review of my casino activity. My payout is still frozen until this review is complete so I’m hoping they just ban me from the casino and I can start getting paid on this 34k. I’ll keep the updates coming as I get them. I’m giving them a chance to do me right and not filing a formal complaint yet.Comment -

#43These clowns can't be trusted. I tried to make 1k withdraw and they claim I still need to rollover $3,000 more from my $7000 rollover even though I made $10,000 worth of no live bets. They can't even calculate rollover probably or purposely lie about it hoping your dumb enough not to say anything about it.Comment -

#45Yes the majority of it I won playing their live casino Baacarat. I understand their need to review a 34k run in a two week span, to make sure I wasn’t mispaid or anything. I’m mainly worried that they are going to come up with a reason to not pay me my casino winnings even though I legitimately made my run one hand at a time fair and square playing progressively higher stakes as my balance grew. I’ll post an update with the results of this “review period” in a couple days.Comment -

#46Update on my account review: After a 4 day review they just won’t accept my casino action anymore. That is more doing me a favor because it ensures I can’t keep playing until I lose it back. They did attempt to pay me in my BTC account for the 2k however this sat unconfirmed in my BTC account for 48 hours and eventually dropped off and I didn’t actually get the money. I have to call them back tomorrow to figure out if the BTC was returned to them and if so I will ask them to just post the 2k back to my MB account and I will initiate another payout. I’m hoping this goes over well, I wasn’t aware that Coinbase is not the BTC wallet to use for gaming. I’ve made a block chain account now and have read that should work better for payouts. I’ll keep the updates coming until I get paid. I’m a little worried about this 2k because it’s no longer pending in my MB account or in my Coinbase account but the MB payout team seems to have records of it so I hope I’m good.Comment -

#47For the amounts your'e talking about get yourself a hardware wallet. I had to learn the hard way, had a few grand hacked from my blockchain wallet last year. You can get one for less than an $100 and its much safer than blockchain.Comment -

#48The 2k actually hit my Coinbase account today! Their customer service was pretty helpful during the 10+ times I've dealt with them now. Just initiated a new 5k withdrawal today so we will see how that goes. Hopefully I can continue the drawdown process with no hiccups. Their RO requirements are ridiculous but other than that they have been alright. @KS1986, I will definitely look into a hardware wallet, I don't plan on keeping my BTC balance for long though I'm taking the cash out as quick as I can due to the fluctuation of BTC prices at the moment, so hopefully my window to get hacked is small.Comment -

#49I will never put another dime into My Bookie. I’ve used them for over a year with no problems but just had my entire bankroll mysteriously disappear into phantom blackjack losses. I have never nor would ever play blackjack for money online but I’m being told all of my money disappeared playing blackjack, which is complete bullshit. Take your money elsewhere, the way they’ve handled this has been a joke. All I’m being told is that if someone hacked my account it’s my responsibility. I was told I would get a call from a service manager after they left me on hold for 20 minutes, 3 days later still no call. Don’t put your money into a site where this happens.”Comment -

#51When I hear these been hacked and lost entire balance in the casino claims , I always wonder what a hacker would gain from blowing ur account balance on blackjack? If u did get hacked and they ran up a huge balance they would never see the money so don't make sense.
I think we can all agree more than likely it was the owner or someone the owner of the account knows and they tried to run up the account and figured if they lost they could claim being hacked and hope to get the money backComment
