I posted a complaint but I did not get an answer.

I just sow your post. I got same situation.
I played same match at around 6.55pm (1 hr before the begin of the match). Spread was -6,5 1.85 and money line 1.28.
The funny thing is that my bet was a combo... with belgium 2.50 that dropped as well at 2.10 the next day...
My combo was a 500 euros to get 2312,50.
As you said, i got confirmation of the bet, and no information that the bet was voided.
I was limited to 0.00 but fortunately my rollover for the bonus was over.
They didn't wana discuss about their decision, i just told them i will bring the case to Belgian Gambling commission, and so i will do. I would suggest you to do the same. There was no clear line odds. They told me the spread was wrong but every bookie had -6,5 at 6.30pm and at 7.00pm pinnacle got -7,5 so i dont see any evidence of wrong spread.

The Belgian gambling commission will not help you. It's not their job to overrule these kinds of bookmaker decisions. Your only chance is a (very long and relatively costly) lawsuit.

Maybe Lonnie's case which is due in February 2018 can set a precedent...but I doubt it will.

I have already set my mind as this money is lost, but the truth is clear that there was no evidence of mistakes or wrong spread. This is just a line that dropped, nothing more, nothing less. Mainwhile, they did not void my bet on money line at 1.28 strangly... so why wasn't it wrong it as well the line? maybe the correct odds was 1.23. For me its just rubbish what they said. They should explain why they voied only the spread. for me -6,5 and 1.28 as money line can match.. am i wrong?

You are not wrong, but as mentioned above Betconstruct often does these kinds of things and I strongly believe it's simply their way to discourage arbing activities.

Why this match when the prize difference with the average market was insignificant ?
Surely they suffered a big attack and they were afraid of losing a lot of money ?

Hopefully an SBR dispute agent can get somewhere for you but Lonnie and Alfa have extensive experience wit books from this group and their advice will probably turn out to be the only/best way to get the hell out of there with most of your money.

I will make my claim only after i managed to withdraw my money, it took me a week to validate the account... and i got 7k in it.
Also, my bet was with Belgium at 2.55. do you have idea how the belgium was priced the following day? it dropped to 2.10. I had placed 5 bets with different events with belgium fixed everywhere... strangly they didn't void belgium, but in fact this was a combo of 500x1.85x2.55 that they didn't pay me.
You are lucky if they limited you at 10.0 euros per bet, because me i was limited to 0.00, fortunately my rollover was completed. So, now first i wana withdraw and then I will make my move.. despite as i said i considered all as already lost.
