    My Experience Betting with Mybookie.AG
This is an email I sent to their support regarding my experience. I will just paste it below instead of retyping my entire experience.

    Hello,

I am writing to you to share my experience I've had with your site, as I will be submitting a review on Twitter, Reddit, and SportsbookReview.

I made a deposit a while ago, and was charged a difference of $35-$50 on my bitcoin deposit (where as normal websites give you a fair rate). I deposited because I am a student who had bitcoin and wanted to convert it to USD quickly because I suspected a crash. I knew that if I got a bonus I should be able to roll it over with NFL Player Props. I started betting them and won $1500 and was blocked out of my account. After trying to get a hold of someone for hours (told to call back because my agent wasn't at work yet), I was scolded by my agent for being a professional gambler and told I would "not get away with what I'm doing". All I was trying to do was rollover a bonus (which I found out was impossible given your terms so I opted out). I didn't say anything rudely, I just asked if I could withdraw. He said I could withdraw this one time, but if I try it again without balancing my action my money would be seized.

I called in to make a withdrawal, and got hit with a $110 fee (no other bitcoin websites that I've used have this). Not only that, I was shocked to find unlike other sportsbooks using bitcoin, payouts would not be done within an hour, they would take days. I was told 2 days. I waited two days, and submitted my IDs and then was told one more day. On the third day I was told I would have my money in my account and to expect a call. I didn't get one, nor did I get my money. I was then told the next day I would get it that day. Again, nothing. Now on the fifth day, I am told it will take two more days. I'm sure you know this is very unacceptable given the volatility of the bitcoin price. Since my withdrawal the price has moved $800 USD in both directions. A one day wait would be understandable, but 6 days is unheard of.

I am just sharing my experience with you so you can better your service. I will be posting this online once I receive my withdrawal just to warn future bettors that they should know the full details and that your promotions for depositing/withdrawing in bitcoin being fast is a lie. You banned a recreational better who was trying to roll over a bonus. You charged a crazy amount of fees, and you wasted over 3-4 hours of my time battling your support to get responses (that were not delivered upon).

I hope you make changes for your own good, this is not good for repeat business or new business.

    Thank you for your time,

-- They have paid me, took a total of 7 days, about 5 phone calls, 5 sessions with their live chat (probably a total of 4 hours of my time chasing them).

Thank you for sharing your experience and welcome to SBR Forum. Player feedback has established that this is not a sportsbook that treats players they perceive as unprofitable well.
