I just got off the phone with Marvan after waiting on hold 1/2 an hour again and sending screenshots of the error codes to I.T. my account is still broke with my money inside and someones going to call me in "within 48hr" according to Marvan. Same Bullshit Jose told me last time and no one did, no follow up e-mail, no compensation. So here I am watching the lines move against me with my small window of time I have to handicap and bet closing for the week (I have a real job and 2 young kids). penetrate YOU bet online here is my response to your shit everything:
1st. I am a losing recreational sports better (the exact kind of client you want to keep) and I frequent the forums at sports book review trying to get better at handicapping and make a few online friends. I have had good luck finding a great group of guys over there to support me. In fact I think BOL does quite a bit of advertising at SBR. I am going to post a copy of this email in a thread there for AAALLLLLLLL your customers to see along with screen shots of your ****** up crashed site. I bet they have some money with you also maybe alot more than me and I hope some are smart enough to close their accounts before you penetrate them over as well. It was actually thanks to the forum and live web shows on SBR's youtube channel I was able to confirm that your crashed site was not just at my place in Houston TX but that other BOL customers were having the same problem elsewhere.
2nd. I am going to go to Yelp and post this email there along with a one star rating, same at BBB's website same at any other review site I might stumble across, oh yeah and at the cardchat forum cause your poker room is crooked also.
3rd. I am going to personally spend the rest of my life talking mad shit to any gamblers I meet anywhere about what a penetrating cracker jack crooked dick operation you are running
