So basically you are now trying to stop all your fellow countrymen from ever withdrawing their hard earned Bet365 gambling money? Now that's not a very nice thing to do, is it?

Our employer will be very pleased with you he'll no longer have to pay out all of those people. I can see a big extra bonus coming for us!

Not me who is going to take it on the chin but bet365 should take it for losing a market. No bet365 many other bookies 👍

I am starting to warm to you Ghantous. You have a lot of spunk.

Honestly, I am not a great fan of Bet365's player management either. I do not like the way they insist the original PVC code is supplied even when people say they have moved.

From previous experience I am not sure you will get far whatever you do, but if you have the capacity to do it easily, maybe send a legal letter to the Bet365 Legal Dept saying you think the PVC code requirement is unfair and request they identify you properly at your new address. Being properly IDed is what Anti Money Laundering rules require AFAIK, not that you must retain access to whatever postal address you gave a bookmaker at signup.

I'd totally avoid the claims about them being broke or saying they are thieves etc though. As you can see from this thread it is all people will focus on instead of the actual issue you want them to if you go that way.

One extra problem you will probably have is that if you know friends who have also had their accounts locked around the same time as yours was, then B365 very likely think you are up to something as a group. In fact that is almost certainly what is behind everything going on here.

If you have done anything like chain referrals, or bet on the same markets to a level above a single account's limits, or all taken bonuses and worked together to cash them as guaranteed winners, then you are probably best to just forget the money and not waste a lot of time or energy on it.
                          .
