NBA Total Wins for the season

Is it possible to make a multiple NBA teams parlay for total wins for the season? BetOnline does not allow it but i thought it might be due to season still being too far ahead. Or it might not be possible at any point? Has anyone made such a parlay before? Question is for both online and Vegas sportsbooks.

You generally can't parlay this type of bet, which is kind of silly because (a) it's barely correlated and (b) books are printing so much money on futures (they get to charge vig & hold your funds for half a year!)
