Any recommendations on the best books for live betting?

My focus would be on college football, mostly looking for the largest variety of games where live lines are offered. Also some importance on the ease of live betting from a phone.

Not sure about live betting from the phone as I dont use it and don't think I can recall anyone ever posting that they love any phone app for betting but these all have decent college foots coverage live.
