i had opened an account with this russian bookmaker in March 2009. i deposit usd $500 by moneybookers via the same registered email account with them and wagered a couple of times. i found their limits to be low, so after a few bets on March 22, 2009, i requested them a withdrawal of 475 USD. my account balance currently stays at USD 484.00. i have sent them atleast 15 request for withdrwal and all tehy reply is that "withdrawal will be proceded shortly" and they nothing else. these guys are russians and do have english as an option as well in their website. this has been a torture for me to deal with them. despite numerous emaisl to their customer service they havent yet paid my money. its been more than 70 days and still i dont see my money.please help me resolve this matter

rumple....the limts are absurd....more like $10 to $20 per game...... i didnt know these limits before depositing as they never mentioned it ....thanks for all the help guys....

stay away from all Russian books unless depositing maybe $200-$500 and at known shops

Fonbet a long time leader in Russia..its ok for small bets

I've had Fonbet account about 7-9 years?? Never any problems with them. They dont torture their customers by closing accounts and asking for documents every given day. Actually it looks they are not too interested at all if you have documents or not Fast payouts, tough small fee included. Limits around 10-40€ depending on game, which is pretty good at these days. Mostly I bet on their team totals and period markets, to either cover my main bets or just to get nice valued small bets.
