,I've defined bet on 1xBet services. The bet was made on the game SKA - Anzhi on August 8th. The bet market was "Penalty Given and not scored - No" so I'd only lose my bet if a penalty was given and missed in that game.No penalty occured at that game but they considered my bet as lost. After talking to them by chat services they said to talk to mail service at info-pt@1xbet.com.The first answer was that their specialists had received their info from official sources and if I had knowledge of something different to send prints with proof from official sources.After that I sent them print from official Russian Federation of Soccer website (http://eng.rfpl.org/tournaments/championship/) in which there are stats that state that in this season none of the teams envolved in the game had any penalty assigned until moment. So, being penalty given in that game impossible.Last two days they've been delaying answers, with "copy paste" answers and they even at some moment said " 'The wager you made was "Penalty Given and not scored - No'. The penalty didin't happen in that game. The wager was well calculated.".From that moment I sent then Numbers of bets in the same conditions that I had won (with same wager market and no penalty given in that games) that had been won. When I confronted them showing that I had innumerous bets won with same conditions they changed subject and started again with "copy paste" answers.After dozens of changed emails, chat services conversations and today a phone call with them, situation hasn't been solved yet.Until now I didn't had any problems with their services! The odds given were the usual for that market.
It was 1.08! I had dozens of bets won on that conditions. This time they gave lost bet condition with same bet markets and same results as previous bets.
I have my bet history file to comprove that, if needed.

Well those odds do line up with your interpretation of the offer.
The wording you give sounds like they graded it correctly to me though. You'd think the condition about the penalty occurring would need to be Yes on either side or else it becomes redundant.

I've dozens of bets defined like this on my bet history and they were won! So, how can it be lost this time.
If I show you my bet history You'll see that I've lots of bets with same market and where no penalties where given. In 100% of them the bet was won.
They have markets like "Penalty given - Yes/No" / "Penalty Awarded and Scored-Yes/No" so it doesn't become redundant. You bet on the conjunction of the factors. The same with the market "Red card and Penalty in the game- Yes/No". I would admit the possibility of being wrong If I had not placed dozens of bets like that in the previous year. Also I have records saved for that history.
As "Penalty awarded - No" usually is at 1.20-1.3 the "Penalty Awarded and Scored-No" is about 1.05-1.08!
I think you understand the logic in that!

Although I consider their odds and markets the best I've seen and the payment system fast, with these procedures they are losing my confidence. I won't use their services without no proper solution for this odd situation.
I don't know if I can send you my bet history files, attach them when I make my complaint or even show them here in this thread. That way I can show you that I'm sure of what I'm stating.
