How many of them even come up? One a month? Out of how many customers they have? I'd say it's pretty darn good overall. People making praise threads like this are rare. You usually only hear from the unhappy.

You notice too that a lot of complaints about 5d are from people who are on some fukkery and trying to game the system or do things in a very convoluted way. You can throw those examples out. I wouldn't give those people what they want either.

I'm sure some people do have real reasons why they don't like them, and it wouldn't surprise me if a site was trying to protect their sponsors, corrupt as it may be. I just haven't had a single one myself, and I see a lot of complaints on here that make me shake my head. That's all.Comment -
I don't think payouts are an issue at all for legit situations. Money in your account is safe as far as anyone can tell, totally safe.
I've never had an issue with a payout. I do believe they have many strategies to get rid of accounts and don't get me wrong, I do agree that many accounts are nonsense for the same reasons you do, but some accounts they just don't want to have...lol.
I use them in certain situations, we're cool on some levels, but I've seen some situations that have been uncalled for across a few players...not posters, but players I know.
Sometimes 5 D is professional, sometimes not...I laugh about it anymore.

been with dimes for many many years. never had a problem with anything. most of the alleged payout problems here lately come from 1st-2nd-3rd time posters.
dimes is the best book out there for the U S. heritage is good but I don't think as good.
in my own experience I have no free contest at 5dimes and I am limited at heritage. both pay me great.
they are the only 2 books I would play at living in the U S.
plenty of other books worth looking at just not for me. and that includes bookmaker. had a payout problem with them years ago , plus the fees for book to book are insane along with assholes for management.Comment -

of coarse its a first time poster, thats one way people find sbr, they have an issue with a book, they search the internet and find sbr and they sign up to ask for help
also you dont get to see the complaints from existing members, especially for 5dimes, there have been reports from existing members about complaints of theirs regarding 5dimes being deleted
also members like kvb in this thread that dont want to post because they expect the post to be deleted or maybe even earn them a banComment -

there are reasons why 5dimes is the top rated book here by posters. there would be many many more complaints by more of the long time posters and experienced offshore gamblers if there was any problems at all.
not every 1st time poster is full of shit but when it comes to the top 2 books(dimes and heritage) they almost always are.Comment -
The only issues I have about 5D... they get inconsistent out of nowhere. Whether you blame this on an uninformed employee on Live Chat? Or they do this intentionally to rattle you? It's a mystery.
How hard is it to quickly examine someone's acct... and clearly see what method they deposit and PO?
They make sh#$ up at times... and it's quite baffling.

like 5 dimes overall... but have had a ton of issues the last 6-12 months with depositing with a CC and then watching it get hacked a few weeks later.. very frustrating and its the main reason i havent played there later.. either have to deposit with bitcoin, or no dice for me but overall it has fairly quick pay outs, lot of options to bet on.Last edited by ebbearsfb1; 07-08-17, 10:37 AM.Comment -
Basically to end this uncertainty and drop off for all of us, why can't the government just pass sports gambling when I can go to a gas station to pump fuel in my car and buy Powerball tickets, scratch off's, basically anything at your nearby gas station...
I truly do not understand the difference between a casino, a gas station or putting $100 on the Miami Dolphins....
Just legalize sports gambling and it's a win-win, we're happy and the government will be happy with how much money they rake in...Comment -
This is obviously the elephant in the room. These aren't first time posters complaining about their cards being hacked. Personally I've been hacked three times on three separate cards used exclusively on 5D. Kills me to say it cuz I absolutely love their options. No longer an option for me until I smarten up and go Bitcoin.Comment
