Question about ID verification on sportsbook.com
Hi I am new to the forum. Ive have been playing on sportsbook.com for the past few months. If I had read what is on this forum before I joined I probably would have chosen a different site to do business with. Anyways I submitted a request for my first withdrawal last night and recieved an email saying I need to send a dl id and utility bill for verification. My problem is my electric bill is in my girlfriend's name. Will they have a problem with an AT&T cable bill and my driver's licencse and ID verification? Thanks for any feedback, I sent them the same question and was told it could take 48 hours for a response. I figured the best route is to send the my DL and AT&T cable bill as verification in the meatime.

right after I posted this thread they gave me this response

    Dear xxxx,
    Thank you for contacting us.
If you do not have a utility bill under your name, you can also send the copy of your bank statement or any other bill that has your name and billing address.
We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.
    Kind regards,
    Joseph Alberts

I guess I will post in the sticky thread if/when I recieve my payment.

Many books around will ask you to provide documentation with regards. It isn't uncommon within the industry.
