Withdraw from Betcruise

Hallo,

I have issue with Betcruise too.One month ago i did make a withdraw of 800 euros,and until now they don't want to send out this money into my bank account.Despite a lot of emails to them-there is no respond at all.
I tried to contact livechat,but they can't help me too.I still hearing-wait for respond from relevant departament.
I suppose,that without help from SBR i would not recieve my money.
I filled out 2 times complaint form to SBR but i did not recieve answer.

I made three withdrawals at betcruise in the past weeks. The first withdrawal has been processed within a hour. The last two withdrawals took about 2-3 weeks (each by Ecopayz). It's just a big act when it comes to withdrawals. First they say it takes 72 hours and whenever you ask them for the reasons for the delay they say "the wallets are being updated" and there is nothing you can do about it.

In the end they paid out every single penny, but it's a typical BetConstruct book in terms of payment morale and payment delays.

But in my case there is my first withdraw,and it's more than one month of waiting without ANY respond from them.
They should let me know when i may expect this money on my account,instead to say nothing....

That's why i kindly asked SBR to give me a hand with this issue.

I have similar problem as mentioned above, first 2-3 withdrawal within few hours, but last one I requested withdrawal 1100 eur, they told me to wait for 72 hours, after the time passed nothing happened so I asked them again, they "need to check with relevant department" and ask me to contact them in few hours, but in few days no response, then lies like "payment method (netteler) needs to procees it"
I recommend staying away from this site, too bad I didnt found this thread before depositing funds
I hope SBR could help me get my money

Withdraw Betcruise

I have also big problems with the withdraw. I made the deposit via paysafecard and
now it is not possible to withdraw. I sent several E-Mails to the support but I didn´t receive
an answer.
