Favbet doesnt payout

Hello everyone,
i have been really trying to verify my account, however with this site it is impossible.
I also submitted this complaint to SBR over their form over 3 months ago, however i got no reply, even though i
got confirmation in my email that they got this complaint.

So this i what i sent to SBR:
Description: I have run my deposit of 200euros to 668.41euros. I wanted to withdraw 200euros and they requested for selfie with my ID and an utility bill. I send them both and they replied quality isnt good enough( should be colored, clear, visible, etc..). I made another 20 photos with new iphone camera and choose the best from them and of course they reply with same answer, quality isnt good enough. After some time i send them again this time selfie from 50cm, everything superclear. Of course they send an answer that photo should be taken from shorter distance...I have send them many different photos of me holding my passport and utility bills, but they always come with same generic answer about quality... I read on forums i am not the only one...Please help or if you cannot at least post on your site and let people know how Favbet runs their bussiness.

I have not heard about them simply refusing to accept photos as a tactic before.

I would just find another camera and keep sending better photos personally.

But you can ask their regulator to intervene by emailing complaints@gaminglicences.com

And Favbet also offer a second opinion about problems via claims@favbet.com

I am still waiting for reply from their regulator.

I made new selfie and send to the email you mentioned and i got the reply from same email im always sending.

Please provide your photos with the document in your hands in a better quality.
Photos should be taken from a short distance. This photo must contain clear visible passport (ID card) data. It should be clearly visible that the owner is holding the document in his hands.

If nobody else appears to be having this problem with getting their photos accepted (?), I think you should find someone with a better camera to take them for you and try again.

There is no use complaining that you think the photos are good enough if the book doesn't or their ID verification system is rejecting what you have sent. Just send them again.

I haven´t this Problem with Favbet...KYC and withdrawal was fast.
But with some others...should to take again and again a new photo.
Some Bookies are really annoying...

Make sure, you can zoom in and see clearly all details on your ID/passport....not blurred. If the quality is high and they still want a new one, yeah...probably searching for reasons and delaying the withdrawal.

I think this has been happening more often as more books use digital ID verification services. They add your photo to the software which does facial recognition among other things to make a confirmation. I think this software can be rather sensitive.

Yes, thats true for the "normal" Verification, if you need to upload/send only your ID (not selfie).
They don´t need a high quality for the Selfie tho, just to see a little bit of the ID/Passport and the face, ok thats the guy and he is holding his ID, it is not stolen or whatever > verificated...so simple. But for some reason, Favbet is here to picky....

Is the first time that some sportsbook didnt verify my account based on quality of photos.
I am 99% it is bs, but lets see.

I just sent two more selfies made with another device and zoomed in the passport, but i doubt they will accept.

Good to hear. If they reject it again without an explanation I will chase them up for you too. But I do think we would have seen other similar complaints if this was being used as a stall tactic, so expect you really can get this approved alone.

Account verified and withdrawal went through. Seems like it was the zoom feature which solved the problem.
