Yes this is a legitimate payout issue. First and foremost, I've been using this sportsbook along with youwager for 10 years and have never had an issue, I've waited the appropriate amount of time before deciding to write this. On Wednesday I submitted a payout request for bitcoin which was supposed to be released Thursday 5/25 and showed up as paid on the site. Now I know that blockchain has been having some delays l, sometimes it can take up to 3 days for the funds to show up in your account; however, in this case they just never sent the funds and using the blockchain delay as an excuse. I have 4 payouts pending because their max payout via bitcoin is now only $1000 3x per week and will no longer allow a *********** if you deposited through bitcoin. For the last 3 days Doris their manager has been avoiding me like the plague always telling me to call back and she is busy. The last time I called the rep flat out said that she won't be able to talk to me today period. There is no pending transaction on blockchain to my bitcoin address, therefore they are lying. The CSRs are unfortunately not trained in bitcoins at all and keep saying to "call my wallet" we all know that that can't happen. Just to double check I sent $10 something from my blockchain to my mycelium wallet and it transferred in 5 minutes and the only transaction that shows to that particular address. Believe me, whether this is intentional or not, this is a red flag.

#5Main issue during the past week has been the fluctuation of bitcoin as some bookies wanted to make a profit on the insane highs and waited to see how it plays out. Bitcoin seems to be stabilizing so things should be back to normal in the coming week and hopefully you get paid. I was afraid to cash-out as knew my bookie would prolly use that bitcoin delay excuse and still try to screw me over. You can update the thread and let us know if my prediction will be spot on. Good luckComment -

i dread going onto live chat with some of these scumbag outfits that are rated so highly here
fortunately i dont live in costa rica as i wouldnt stand for some of this shit and they would have to do it to me in person
good luck to us all as i think we are going to need itComment -

#10Yup! Must of literature just started.. and also notice that all their payout options have decreased. You used to be able to cash out 9k-15k bitcoins 2x every 15 days or 3 3k bitcoins per week. Now the most you can get per week is 3k and I'm 3 separate payouts.Comment -

#12Im having a very similar issue.
First they changed there policy (overnight seemingly and not listed anywhere on there wesbite until a withdrawal is requested) that if your last deposit was with bitcoin u must withdraw via bitcoin. then after my payout was requested, they changed the rule that its 1000 max per bitcoin (instead of 15 i think. big change!!). After 2 normal 1000 payouts, my 3rd has been unconfirmed for over 48 hours now. I have never had this and dont know what to do. They say its just a slow network but i dunno. Betpop says just wait. Still 0 confirmations. I dont really understand bitcoin and I dont know what to do. Any advice is appreciated.Comment -

The viabtc accellerater has been working for people. It resets each hour and you need to submit your request within seconds to get into the queue though..Comment -

And maybe a dumber question- How is bitcoin supposed to be the "currency of the future" when simple transactions sometimes take days (or longer)?Comment -

Thank you but that stuff feels out of my abilities computer-wise. Maybe a silly question, but why wouldnt betpop do whats on that thread when I tell them it still has not been confirmed?

And those things just sound hard. Each one takes no more than 30 seconds in reality. No tech ability needed really.
As far as bitcoin being the future. Most transactions are still being processed within 10-20 mins but agree it takes away its usefulness as a money transfer solution when these delays and price swings happen at the same time. If they don't fix the problem, and soon, they are going to lose the money transfer customers to another crypto for sure..Comment -

Whats your take optional, on making all withdrawals be bitcoin and max payout 1000 a day/3000 a week? when i deposited 2 months ago it was 15000/30000 i believe for daily and weekly limits. They changed the amounts this week Thats right, if someone depsoited 10k via bitcoin, they have basically changed the rules this week, that it will take you a month to get your $. I do not think that is right. If they are having trouble sending bitcoin, then at least open up the other withdrawal options for those that deposited with bitcoin (especially cause the deposit/withdraw rule is new and hidden and not listed on the website till you attempt a withdrawal)Comment -

#22Just an update they paid me out my first payment.. due to the price difference my payout was $100 less than when I initiated the payout. I'm happy I got paid, but not going to be one of those posters that will all of the sudden praise them. I still think there were stall tactics involved and I'm saying this knowing they read this post, they still owe me $2000 and I risk posing them off. Oh well.Comment -

#23This is upsetting that they no longer payout other ways if you made a Bitcoin deposit. I prefer the P2P sometimes rather than all the b.s with Bitcoin . Transferring money to cards and waiting. Hopefully they rethink this policy.Comment -
