    Pathetic Canbet
Hi guys, I'm new to this forum, so if I posted this thread in the wrong place, please move it to there or just merge it with another thread as I'm not really sure if there has been a thread about canbet before...

Anyways, I've already created a topic about this at another betting forum, now I want to see what you guys think. I know there have been some similar complaints but I also would like to know how to get around this totally pathetic situation (terms and conditions)..

So check this out, this is a copy-paste of a live chat from one bookie I have an account at:

LazyA$$: Hi there, just a question
LazyA$$: How much more money do I need to win in order to be able to withdraw my bonus?
LazyA$$: (together with the rest of the funds of course)
Jason: Please hold a moment while we review your enquiry.
    LazyA$$: Ok
Jason: oyu need to bet through 820 more of your bonus amount
    Jason: you
LazyA$$: How is that possible when I was told yesterday that the rollover requirements are two times the bonus
LazyA$$: and I've already bet some today
Jason: Just to confirm turnover for your bonus amount does not count when you are using your own funds to bet with, turnover will only count as per our conditions when you have exhausted your own funds and then you may use the bonus amount to meet the turnover requirements
LazyA$$: Well can you allow me to bet with the bonus now, or how do I switch over to that fund?
Jason: you must use your own funds first before the bonus amount
LazyA$$: I am using them, but how can I use the bonus, what can I do with it?
Jason: once you have used your own money
LazyA$$: so basically I have to spend all my own money to be able to get to the bonus?
    Jason: yes
    Jason: thats rigjht
    Jason: right

LazyA$$: Don't you think that's a bit unfair to the players
Jason: thats the rules our promotion team make not me sorry
LazyA$$: I know. Where can I contact the promotion team?
    Jason: mail@canbet.com

So, I have to use all the money on my account to be able to start rolling the bonus over. Otherwise it will stay there forever. Btw, the bonus isn't small at all.

What kind of sh*t is that????

It sounds like you have to put all of your own money in action and then bet the bonus money afterwards. Hopefully you do well with it. Also, just be thankful that you are not playing with the corrupt sportbet. they dont have funny rules like this one....they just outright steal your money and close your account.

This is big time cheating too IMO. Bonus money isn't actually bonus for them, it's what they take from me (plus something extra) as I've got more "playing money" than the bonus money on my account. I need someone with a similar experience to tell me what can we do to recover this bonus without previously losing all the funds. It's just purposeless if you ask me to have a bonus that I can't use, except if I'd lose everything. Canbet should be prohibited from even existing for such a thing.

I'm looking for some more insights and advice on this.

I got the bonus through a free bet, I would have avoided it for sure in any other case. I've heard you can transfer money over to BF, just don't know how that's possible.

Anyways, the final confirmation from their "promotion service" came through the email:

              Dear XX,
              Thank you for your query.

Please note that you had a bonus turnover required of xxx Euros and now you have a remaining turnover of xxx Euros.

Please also be advised that according to our Terms and Conditions your bonus cannot be rolled over until your account balance is nil.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for your convenience.
              Kind Regards,

I think that bolded sentence pretty much sumps up everything.... Amazing stuff really.

So basically you only get a bonus if you are a loser.

Canbet have managed to go from a top 10 book to about 500th in the space of 6 mths.

I stopped playing there when I couldnt get £50 on a premiership footie match last month.

Pathetic and they will only go further downhill if you ask me.

Hardly if you have any bonus on your acct that's not been rolled over yet.
