10bet withdraw problem

Hello can any help me
i have asked withdraw from 10bet since 23.april.
They have now asked documentation 4-5 times and i have everytime i have sendt them what they need.I have take about 6-8 selfies with me holding ID card like they ask with a new iPhone and good picture there u can read details on card without zooming. Now last time they asked me to send it by post to Malta. Is it normal? have anybody have had the same problem?
I have sent mail and asked for help with SBR too but not received answer yet.
This seems like too be a bad bookie and don't want send money back too players.

Yes, for 10bet that`s normal. I have had this problem, too. I have sent them the documents 4-5 times, they always refuse this because of low quality. I have never get my withdrawal.

Have you received a reply after sending your letter to Malta?

SBR cannot arrange for books to drop KYC procedures for you. You need to comply.


It does not sound like you have a real problem at the moment but you can send in an sportsbook complaint form if you think you really do.

Its 9 days ago i sendt the documents and no replay in mail. So i sendt them a mail today and ask if they received it yet. I will wait some more days or when they replay and see. If not i need help.

they have received it but say its not good enough. i sendt in copy off my passport,my driving license, address from my bank. now i will go to post office or police station ask id verification and my tax office in norway to give me adress verification too send to them. no i have not get my money yet.i will see if they will accept my documents after that if not i really need help in here and will send complain to other places too.
its a big amount off money about 14k euro

The amount is big and 2 months is long. I never trusted this bookmaker and there are bad reports on them for years. They are changing their management every now and then, but behaviour remains the same. I m wishing you good luck KevinN.

can you help me now?
i have now sendt them notorious ID and dress verification.and its now 1 months since they received it. i have sendt mail and asked them 2 times and they say it will be verificated soon. It normally take 3-4 weeks to verificate original ID documents we send to them?.
i have filled in SBR complain 2 times now and still nobody replay me.
