    bet365 tennis rules

    "Tournament Match Betting
Both players in a specified match-up must play 1 point in the tournament for bets to stand. If players progress to the same round of the tournament bets will be void. "

I have placed 40e on Starace in match Berlocq-Starace
Was 4-2 in first set and Berlocq is retired from the match

So why is my stake just refunded should I gain win here too?

You're looking at the wrong rule. That's for when they have lines for "who will go further in the French Open, Nadal vs Federer?"

Your bet should've been voided. The rule you need is right above that one:

    "Match Betting Including In-Play
In the event of a match starting but not being completed then all bets will be void unless after the start of the match a player is disqualified in which case the player/team progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.

yes if tennis match is not completed bet365 voids bets...try bwin, doxx if you want bets to stand after 1st point no matter completed or not.

big difference between betting on a single match and a Tournament match bet (i.e. which player will progress furthest)

Indeed a good table to have.

However I question how up-to-date this one might be as among the Australian sites listed are Lasseters and Portlandbet both of which closed down 3 or 4 years ago but doesn't list Luxbet (instead Bill Hurley which they took over) or even TAB!

EDIT: Ah ok, I now see Sportstab which I presume means what is better known as TABSportsbet
