I recently made a withdrawal through pinnacle which typically takes about one to two banking days for the funds to be deposited into my account. It has now been two weeks and I have not received the funds. I don't know what to do right now. I am absolutely shocked and completely lost. Pinnacle is not responding to my emails. I asked from a confirmation of the deposit so I could forward to my bank that way they could track it. NOTHING. No response. I would very much appreciate any sort of advice at this point.

Pinnacle didn't steal your money. They are a top rated book. Fill out an SBR complaint form and they will help get to the bottom of it.
You gotta understand, when someone comes on SBR and their first post is, "This top rated book stole my money!" no one is going to believe it.Comment -

#20Exact same problem here, have made dozens of withdrawals with pinnacle in recent years and like OP stated always takes 2-3days MAX for funds to be received. Before this, they have always responded to emails very quickly however have not had a reply for 2 weeks after sending numerous emails. I have also filed a complaint with SBR and is waiting for a reply. Further more, after tweeting pinnacle my email to try to get a response, i was actually contacted by a fellow punter experiencing the exact same problems as me and OP.
Eventually i did receive my withdrawal after 8 days but was smacked with a $11 fee which in my opinion is illegal(sorry dont know what other word to use). Have never ever been charged a fee previously dozen withdrawals, and having double checked the withdrawal option there is no mention of any new hidden fees on their website either. Fellow punter i was in contact with was also charged the same $11 fee and also have not been charged before.
Pinnacle WAS definitely A+ bookie but something is definitely going on there. Please let me know how soon i can expect a response for my complaint SBR. Really not sure about their A+ rating now.Comment -

As far as unanswered emails, This message has been scrolling across the ticker on the site for at least the last few days;

#24I don't know what that $11 fee is if it isn't due to turnover. Be good to know if you find out.

That being said, I find it highly suspect that they have not fixed it up after 3 whole weeks (time i have waited without a response) as mailing would be the only way for them to communicate with clients?! A whole range of issues and problems could arise from this surely they would have fixed it up ASAP. I still havent received a response from them.
Also, how long does it usually take SBR to process/respond to a complaint? I filed one a week ago and no word yet.
ThanksComment -

#25response received:
Dear Client,
Thank you for your response.
May I confirm that the response you are waiting is about the fees which has been deducted for your wire withdrawal?
We regret you incurred charges for your recent withdrawal. All charges to process your wire were paid by Pinnacle and should not be passed to our clients.
Unfortunately, the recipient's bank may apply a charge to receive a bank transfer or an intermediary bank may apply a charge. Charges by your bank or in intermediary bank are beyond our control and we can take no responsibility for these charges.
However, as a one time exception, we will refund the bank charges incurred for this wire. To verify the amount credited to your account, please scan and forward your bank statement with the name of the bank, your name, and the amount of the withdrawal to our Customer Service Department at customerservice@pinnacle.com.
You may redact any other information included on the statement.

#26Have responded to ask why the fee incurred in the first place, but I have a feeling its a result of Australian online gaming laws have forced them to pull out of the country and close all relevant banking accounts. Hence the delay in receiving funds and fee incurred.Comment -

#27That's normal with a wire and not a Pinny charge. In fact $11 sounds about the normal amount many banks charge to receive a wire, so may be from your bank. They will probably send you a letter in a few days detailing the charges and wire details. You are correct that they used to use local bank transfers (free) for Aussies in the past and may have been forced to switch to an international wire..Comment -

#28Yes i believe you are right again optional. But having never been charged that fee in the past I feel they should give some notice when switching banks as individual clients may opt not to withdraw/ withdraw bigger amount/ withdraw less often if there is indeed new fees involved. Nonetheless, issue resolved I was just credited with $11 in my account. Thanks SBR thanks optionalComment -
