I don't know but guess it is because transferring money other ways is tougher as an offshore.

That's the idea of exclusive. People that only use it and nothing else.

Got it. That makes sense. Sportsbooks must be as happy about btc as players are. If I ran a sportsbook I would give incentives to use btc too.
