Do any books offer this type of bet (bet triggered when criterion is met)?

I am looking for a book which will place the following type of bet(s):

NBA:

1) If Home Team is Favorite
2) with a handicap no larger than -4
3) and is losing by no more than 3 points after the first half

This is an example of what I would type of bet I would like to place. Basically a "Stop-Buy" or "Stop Sell" order.

If you use a book with API access like Pinny or Betfair you could code something to do that for you automatically.

But pulling in real time info from multiple sources is a dangerous way to feed an auto-betting app. Something will go wrong and cost you for sure.
