They told me they reviewed the account after the deposit however they knew that I had created the account last week bc they called to inform me I had created an account years ago,
I have called and they just blatantly told me management decision to take away your bonus,so offer a player a bonus to get them
To deposit then take t away from them without discussing with player

No they gave me half the bonus and offered me anther bonus on another deposit for the future, I felt the right thing to do was honor the bonus. Yesterday they gave me the wrong destination. For gram and I had to go back to store to fix it and that coupled with this put a sour taste towards them, but they made some effort

That is the normal promo they are doing now they sent that in an e-mail to me on my phone. 50% cash on next 2 deposits before april 3rd for march madness. It is also on the site i would assume everyone is getting this

I know but in my account there was 100% in bonus section. And called to ask to make sure I was eligible and was told I was so when they took it out after that I wasn't too happy. I get that they only allow 1 per person but when someone calls in to make sure that they qualify and they tell you yes you can't take the bonus out later just because you made the mistake

GTbets overall is a good company they have always payed me when they were supposed to several $5000 at different times. I do agree especially when you already deposited that even if it was a mistake on them they still took your money and should honor what they told you they would .

This does suck and happens too often all over the place. First level CS assuming things that later prove untrue.

It does leave a bad taste as you say but as long as the book either refunds the deposit or does something to make up for the error you are satisfied with I wouldn't crucify them over it.

I made a deposit with GT last year and it said next to my account that I had a 5% bonus. I deposited $500 and when I requested the bonus they denied it. I was a winner, they said, and I was not eligible for any bonus even though it clearly said I was when I logged in. It was for a whopping $25 and they still wouldn't give it to me.
I still think GT is a good book with good odds. But they are pretty damn stingy with their bonuses. Your story doesn't surprise me.

I understand they have policies they follow in regards to how players get bonuses. But when a clerk you PAY money to tells a client they are in fact eligible for the bonus then you should honor it. They are an ok book, but I will never deposit again

My new awful experience with GTBets

In my other thread I shared where I was offered a bonus, given the bonus, then if taken away, this however is the beginning of the bs I experienced with this book. I made another deposit after this mishap and they gave me the wrong county as a destination and acted as if it was my fault when it was sent to wrong country. So I had to cancel that transaction. Then today I decided I would try again to resend, well the transaction shows up as completed on gram crackers website, but they wouldn't put the money in. When I called they said the money wasn't picked up even though on the tracking page on gram site it said COMPLeTED, after being on phone for literally over an hour they acted as if they were doing me a favor by putting my finds in account. This is the biggest sh it book I've ever seen.

played at gtbets less then a day. won and lost a few bets but was able to double my money. betting limit was restricted to $20. manager brian closed my account but was paid in full.

That sucks i at least have not been limited and i have cashed out a few $5000 they have lowered the bonus at one point i got no bonus so i stopped depositing. After awhile they went to 10% and started sending me promos . I responded in an e-mail that the bonus was too low to deposit and they raised it to 15% . I waited awhile a few months and asked again and right now am at 20% . If i go on a run and cash out $5000 again i will go back to 0 again i am sure.

They do have promos you get for better amounts like 25-50% cash like recently 2 deposits at 50% for MM . And they are one of the few books that give me a nice BD amount it is in points but it was a decent amount .

The casino is rigged but if you bet small amounts you can win a little it is the only one i have won some at. But raise the amount and you will win 10% of the hands . Recently i had a little over $500 i wanted to win enough on the juice so i would have $1000 if my bet hit. I only needed like $15 . I bet $9 and kept losing. Next thing after losing like 10 hands i upped it to $25 and of course ended up losing all of it over trying to win a lousy $15.

But overall i feel this is a good book . Because i have always been paid and they have not limited me after i cashed out not once. And unlike many books they will take the amount out of your account so you are not tempted to spend it and $5000 is not a bad amount to take out some books limit you to $2000 and you have to wait forever. These guys i have gotten my money in about a week each time i am ok with that since it is for $5000 . A couple of them came in 3 days.

So i would not say this is the greatest book. But it is far from the worst. It is not Poor but not perfect either. In this case i think SBRs rating of B+ is right on the money .

took them up on their 50% sign up cash bonus was only able to complete about 15% rollover. management decided they did not want the action and pro rated the bonus and paid me out immediately. small time sportsbook and they do pay. was told by management never to come back.

That sucks and after they gave you the bonus . Did you kill them on a large amount earlier? I had cashed out some at $5000 and once back to back taking $150 up to $10000 (Only did this once). I posted all my plays on here when i did it. I got that in two $5000 payments. What happened was i got to $6000 and decided to bet $1000 parlay and if it lost would cash out the $5000. The parlay hit and since one of the games was a -1.5 hockey game it almost got me another $4000 so i ended up with $10000 from a $150 deposit.

I got those out and they immediately took away my bonus. But at least my limits stayed where they were before. I wish they were a bit higher on the O/U s but it could be worse. I guess i have been luck they did not limit me . I am wondering how much you got them for with them doing that. Still though if they took your money i do not care how great or rated a book is , if they made a deal with you then they need to abide by that deal if they took your cash. Unless of course it was a noticeable obvious mistake something like a 300% bonus with a 2Xs roll then i can see that but nothing they did was that over the top.

deposited $1000 made about 10 plays for $200 each. won a few more then lost. balance was at $2600. closed my account and was paid $2200. had to provide them with ID and utility bill. not worth then having my information for $1200.

It seems that the moment a player starts winning they start treating them poorly. I have made a couple withdrawals and while they did pay me in a timely manner they certainly seemed annoyed. Lame.

So you have never cashed out at all and they are limiting you already wow.

Have played with GT Bets for some time, but I think I have officially moved to intertops. I did receive a payout from them which was a hefty fee of $60 and a bank fee of $20. The Casino Is a joke. Can play for 5 to 10 bucks, but once you bet $20 or more the dealer will pull 21's like nobody's business. The mobile app sucks and their live bet never works. Do like the racebook which intertops does not have. Bonuses are decent and rebates aren't bad. Great Book if you are never going to cash out.

I was ok with the fee especially after awhile back taking a $10000 from DSI and that had a $600 fee. GT has specials once in awhile that i like since thy are cash. And they are generous on your Bday. The casino is EXACTLY as you say it is .

I use to be at VIP, but when those customers were put to GT, they cut me down very quickly
