Bovada experiencing ticket grading tech issues

I called and confirmed this is a known problem at Bovada and they are working to get it resolved, however if might be worth a look at your balance to see if you were involved. I won a wager on the Chelsea game yesterday. They graded it as a win, however they did not release the winnings in to my balance. Instead, they withdrew the winnings and as well as the original bet. I went from placing a 390/300 wager to losing an available balance of 390+300+390+300. Basically they took out almost 1400 from my balance. Here is the email acknowledging they have an error they are working on....

I submitted this via complaint form to SBR...hopefully they can assist in recovering my $1380

West Ham United v Chelsea Over 2.5
390 to win 300
They graded this as a win, however instead of crediting my account the $690, they withdrew an additional $690. They owe me the 390+300 and also the 690 that was mistakenly removed from my balance for a total of $1380. I have called and emailed several times and below is the canned response from Bovada:
