Check is nice with them, but you could face a long delay with the bank, because of the check being done from a bank in a different country. If you want the funds in a day or 2, Bitcoin is the best way.

been changing a lot but i think its currently just $350 a day

You need to find 10 bucks worth of bitcoin to pay for it, then in 2 weeks you will have the best/easiest way to cash out bitcoin there is (for Americans at least)
