U.S. Friendly Book with Pinnacle Odds?

Anyone know a U.S. Friendly Book with Pinnacle Odds?

BetPhoenix/SkyBook try to keep their odds close to Pinnacle, at least in soccer, but on major sports they are not nearly as good.

Any others?

Fairlay.com is a Bitcoin Sportsbook with almost exact Pinnacle odds on all sports. But I'm trying to avoid using a Bitcoin book as it gets into complicated tax issues. Every wager has to be treated like a stock trade!

I know a book -110/-110 odds. Fairly simple and flexible. I think that's the closest you'll get to pinnacle.
