i really tried everthing to avoid coming here but when she hangs up on a customer 7 times in a row i had no choice wanted to give them a chance as i usually bet with 5 dimes and betonline starting to regret giving a small book a chance not a way to treat a first time depositer. and she refuses to let me speak to a supervisor i can actually post the chat to show how i was ignored on chat in ten minute spurts literally would answer me every ten minutes

BetDNA advises SBR that the delay was due to payment processing staff on holiday and that not being properly communicated to CS staff.

They say a manger stepped in and credited the OP without the deposit confirmation on the same day.

Is that correct Miguel?
