Sounds like you made an account under her name and now you are having a hard time getting the money.

5Dimes (and most books) only allow 1 account per household/IP so there is a chance that is a problem.

Many people try to use wife/girlfriend ID to open a second account to avoid betting limits on their account, claim extra bonuses etc. So even just saying "my wife's account" would be a red flag to any book.

Asking about someone else's account suggests that you are either involved in controlling it, which also is not allowed, or are trying to steal someone elses money.

Books will not discuss anyone else's account with you. Would you want them to do that with yours?

Not knowing the login ID.... well that sounds like you are trying to break into an ex-wife account maybe. Who does not know their own login or cant find it in their email history?

And lastly, you blow up about being asked for ID... Why? Just send the damn ID and fix the problem if it can be.

Even if you were an honest player, you sound incredibly suspicious.
