    Pinnacle verification
I got an email on Dec.8:In order to comply with new financial regulations we have been requesting customers verify their account with additional identification and proof of address.

Unfortunately the volume of submissions has been extremely high causing some delays in processing.

If you have been impacted, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused; we are doing all we can to work through the back-log.

Please Note: If you have already submitted your documents and are waiting on a response, do not resubmit them as this will result in further delays.

    Not received a request?

The additional verification is triggered by financial transactions. To avoid any delays in processing of future deposits or withdrawals we encourage you to submit the necessary documents in advance.

    Avoid delays – verify now

If you haven’t received a request to verify your account follow these easy steps:

    • Log into your account
    • Go to the Personal Details section
    • Follow the instructions in the Address section
    • Use our secure upload to submit your documents.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions please contact our Customer Service Team.

    Sincerely,

Pinnacle...I've been making withdrawls without a problem the past few months and wondered if anyone else got this email who use Pinnacle.I make sure to be verified before i deposit in any sportsbook. So I haven't sent anything, just incase it's a scam. Thanks for any input.

Yes the email is genuine. We all got it.

Not sure how you can imagine it is not genuine when the instruction is to log into your account to submit the ID.

It could be part of the preparation to start servicing UK customers again at a guess.

All this verification is getting ridiculous now. They should need photo ID, and proof of address if not on voters roll, and copy of payment card/method. Thats it ffs

              THIS is TERRIBLE,

How come that Pinnacle allow us to do deposit but they do not allow us to do withdrawals?! Accounts waiting for pinnacle verification more than week and half how this is possible on verified accounts?

Now they make up story they need ID picture next to the face :O so they should not allow deposits if they require this on account and now they delay it giving us no information how long they want to do this verification. This is so scary and scam from Pinnacle. If you ask about your queue in the row they are unable to tell you however they say all accounts are verified one by one in order it was received. So they must know what is my place in queue.

Can Someone tell me how much longer I have to wait as I need also my money before Christmas and pinnacle suddenly decline to process withdrawal :O

What are the odds this will be one person who wont get approved too.

Have you ever been in a position where you are an honest customer and immediately started calling the business a scam if they question you at all?

Dear friend I am totally independent customer I don’t know neither person who have post here. I wanted to stress that waiting over weeks is terrible experience with this business. They should not allow me to deposit if they wanted to withhold withdrawals that's what I want to let other people know that must be careful with Pinnacle now and at same time I am trying to find answer on normal verification process time frame.

I apologize. If you have been waiting weeks for approval that is definitely not normal.

Although that does sound a little weird as first I am aware that players started receiving this new verification request was 8 days ago.

Anyway, if you would like to fill in a sportsbook complaint form SBR may be able to help find out what the holdup is for you.

I'm not sure what you mean Optional, I merely wanted to state they handled my extra verification quite fast and I had no problems uploading an additional document.

Same problem here have been verified customer for ages with pinnacle, yet tried a withdrawal last week and they declined saying i needed to resend my documents, I did resend them despite finding that odd and a week later i still cant withdraw my money and all they say is that im in a queue. Find it hard to believe at this stage. Pathetic customer service to keep someone waiting this long and nothing you can do but suck it up

I'm puzzled. Didn't get any such emails at all.
Had a withdrawal processed within minutes on 8th December.

I got email. My account is restricted and verified 4 times in last 12 months. I am not sure what triggers this at pinnacle. I have done over 2 million $'s of arbing in last 12 months. But I am not worried now. As soon as they restrict my account and ask for any verification, I send them documents immediately. My account is restored within hours.

As soon as they send mentioned email, I send them documents again to be proactive. After 2 days, requested a withdraw and withdraw was processed within minutes.

If there is no pinnacle on earth, I will stop betting as I can't trust any other book
