Probably an excuse for Christmas party BS !! Would never play at that place. About 5 years ago my account was emptied and they were ready to send funds to some guy in Kansas . Luckily i logged on and called and caught it on time. Totally inept over there and lines are beyond generic with heavy juice .Comment -

We shot an email over asking what the problem was. It was likely an internet outage where the backup didn't kick in as designed. I'm guessing because we have seen it before although not much these days. Phone sys is also through internet.Comment -
