Never had an issue but last night I made 2 bets on the Raiders. One with my freeplay and one with my regular money. Look at my account today and it shows I never bet them. penetrating ridiculous. Sure went thru on the game I lost earlier in day

Shoot in your account number and whatever details you remember about times odds etc on a complaint form and SBR can take a look at it and see if we can help.

If you didn't take the extremely simple and common sense step of taking screenshots, learn that lesson for the future. Without screenshots, it's just your word against the bookmaker, an utterly awful position to be in.

Besides that, make sure you are always wearing a strong thick helmet, because when you will get hit by a truck, it will only be your fault if you will have serious injuries.

Now seriously... luctens, are you wearing a helmet or not?

            Completely pointless statement.

"like who is gonna take a screenshot of every bet they make?" Like anybody with two brain cells to scrub together, you halfwit.

And that's not just taking screenshots of every bet you make either, but also of every deposit, withdrawal and any other important transaction or communication that you make with a bookmaker. It takes just a few seconds each time to take a screenshot, and it gives you evidence to fight a case if a bookmaker is disputing something with you.

Or you could do what you two obviously do, which is to be such bone idle bozos, take no screenshots and trust Mr Bookmaker to have all of your details and transactions correct, and then when Mr Bookmaker disagrees with you, you are left in exactly the same pitiful situation as the OP is in, which is disputing something with absolutely no evidence whatsoever and just his word against the word of Mr Bookmaker. Oh dear.

I take a screenshot of every bet I make, deposit, withdrawal, all that stuff. Until it happens to u then u don't know how bad u feel when u think u won a bet and have no recourse when books tell u where is your ticket? I have since taken one ever since.

I have been silent till now.... but I must add - what exactly do you add to this forum. You love to her yourself construct feedback which you beleive is intelligently writtten ( but actually you sound like an idiot). This a forum for adults who enjoy their hobby of wagering on sporting events. But you come on here with criticism on each and every OPs issue. My suggestion is to simply get lost. Unless you can give some constructive feedback in a non-douche bag way!

I add an extremely diverse range of knowledge and views to this forum. Whatever I post is certainly intelligently written, and I most definitely don't "sound like an idiot" whatsoever. I'm straight talking, I say it as it is and give extremely common sense views, and if you can't deal with that, then you really need to grow up.

And I don't criticise every OP whatsoever, I simply give constructive views to whatever the matter is at hand, and if criticism is needed because a stupid thing has been said or done, then I will give criticism. Take this case for example, I simply made a very common sense point that if the OP hadn't been so lazy and had taken screenshots, he would have evidence to fight the case with, but as he was too lazy to take screenshots, he's now in the awful situation of having no evidence and it therefore being his word against the bookmaker. If you have a problem with that common sense statement, then again, you really need to grow up.

My "suggestion" to you is to simply stop throwing your toys out the pram like a baby every time somebody doesn't agree with you. And it's a complete joke that you state this forum is for "adults", as you are behaving in an extremely childlike way.

Did you bet a bad line? That type of bet would be deleted. If not, call them and ask what happened.

                        This is good advice.

OP, we haven't heard from you. What was the price you selected? Did you ask Bookmaker about this?

He probably forgot to hit "confirm bet". I Play on bookmaker and have done that more than once.

Quite possibly. Happened to me once, so I now always check open bets after betting.
