bwin account disabled, but why ?
    Hello !

    Sorry for my english

I have a problem with BWIN sportsbook. Few day ago i did make a deposit
of 200 euros( i have to changed my previous email adress, because that one isn't any more in use on my moneybookers) , and than i did play head to head poker game with my friend who just did complete bwin sportsbook bonus terms (finished rollover). We played about 10-15 minutes and i was more lucky, and i did win all his money ( around 330 eur ).
After that i have requested withdrawal , but when i was trying to log in(few day later), i did found out that my account is disabled. So is my friends account. I have account there over few years and i already had withdrawals from them. They have
verified my ID few years ago. I don't know what they want, accept my money.
Everything was completely fair. My friend did also send his ID few day ago to bwin, to prove his identity.

For me it seems it was a collusion game. In this case, bwin will keep the money. But if not, you have chance to tell the story to ongame ombudsman, http://www.theongamezone.com/ombudsman

But how can someone prove that this was a collusion game ? Than every game which is H2H can be collusion game. If player wants, he can loose his money on first hand. That's normal for poker games.

Many people play h2h, and I doubt that all h2h players accounts will be disabled. I recommend try to contact with ombudsman, and act like an idiot, what happened. But firstly contact to bwin.

Their costumer service is very slow to respond

Do what I did mate, switch to betfair. They usually respond to e-mails within 12 hours, my last email they responded within 2 or 3 hours

              finnaly some response from them...

Both accounts are finally closed, but they didn't mention poker at all in all this story. Friend's account was closed for giving wrong data during his registration ( this is very funny ,because he did sent them his ID so he didn't have any reason to give wrong data during registration). My account was closed with wierd explanation and i still don't know what will happen with my funds :

Rough translation of their email :

"The Company is authorized to Members without stating reasons, turn off from participation in the overall supply company bwin International Ltd..

I'd like to thank those who helped (SBR & OngameNetwork Ombudsman)
because I have just received payment from bwin, the entire amount.
